The Role
This role will suit a self-motivated and confident individual looking to take on an opportunity to broaden their skillset, becoming a pillar of support in a fast-paced professional environment. You will be the first point of contact for all client enquiries and demonstrate initiative and work in accordance with the organisation’s office procedures. Working closely with the Director, this role will involve varied tasks with no two days the same, allowing a great opportunity for the successful candidate to take the next step in their career.

Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
  • Providing varied personal assistance support, including diary and email management, scheduling meetings, and drafting correspondence
  • Responding to and directing enquiries over email, phone and face-to-face, whilst providing exceptional customer service
  • Assisting in day-to-day operations of the business, and ensuring office supplies are maintained
  • Data entry and broader use of the database to maintain accurate records
  • Coordination and management of functions and team events

The successful candidate will have exceptional organisational and time management skills, along with previous experience in a reception or administration role. Experience working within the construction industry will be highly regarded. Attention to detail and a keen initiative are a must, along with a 'can-do' attitude, seeing you provide invaluable support to the Director and the wider team. With the unique opportunity to up-skill and gain exposure to personal assistance, you will have the confidence to work independently and the drive to excel in all that you do.
