Job description

As they continue to deliver a variety of significant projects across the commercial, industrial, education, health and retail sectors to name a few, this national architecture studio is looking to bolster their team with an experienced Architect. Working closely with the Director, you will have the opportunity to lead some exciting and diverse projects both here in South Australia and nationally. This role will see you become an integral part of a dynamic architecture studio, with a supportive leadership team that highly encourage work/life balance as a priority. In addition, you will have professional development opportunities guiding you into leading your own projects, and an opportunity to work with a well-rounded and like-minded team.
  
The Role
Joining the studio as an Architect, you will be encouraged to grow your skillset and be hands-on across the full project lifecycle. This studio is notorious for exceptional development of their people, giving career advancing opportunities to move towards leading projects with direct support from the Director and Principals. If you are already starting to lead smaller projects, there is opportunity for the right person to start to take control on larger scale developments. Working closely with contractors, project managers and developers, this role will see you also develop your reach and personal brand across the Adelaide market with a studio of choice.  
  
The Like Mind
The successful candidate will be a Registered Architect with a minimum of 5 years’ experience across projects in an architectural studio. Previous experience across commercial projects will be favourable, and proficiency using Revit software will be essential. As this is a client facing opportunity, the role will require an individual to have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships. This role will suit an ambitious and positive individual with a passion for delivering exceptional results. The successful candidate will demonstrate a sound technical ability, and be able to collaborate with a team as well as work autonomously.
