We are partnering with a high-end residential and custom home builder, to engage a Residential Draftsperson to bolster their established team. This business has built a reputation in the local market for delivering innovative and progressive design and construction outcomes. Each client’s vision is tailored during the design process, and there is a priority to exceed expectations every time. The design team are truly valued within this business, as they acknowledge these technically skilled and creative individuals as key contributors to their success. In this role you will join the close-knit and collaborative team and broaden your skillset creating individually designed homes for a variety of key clients.
The Role
In this role, you will become part of a creative and professional design team that are collaborative and focused on providing high quality outcomes to their clients. Reporting to the Design Manager, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
The Like Mind
The successful candidate will have previous experience working as a Residential Draftsperson, ideally with exposure to works within a residential builder or architectural studio. You will have extensive experience using Revit, and proficiency in the use of rendering, Enscape and Photoshop will be desirable. To be considered for this opportunity, you will take a high level of attention to detail, whilst being able to work towards tight deadlines. Above all, you will be a team player who is proactive in your approach and show an eagerness to join a close-knit team.

The Role

- Complete thorough and accurate documentation
- Managing amendments and selection changes as required
