The Role
As a Senior Architect, you will lead the delivery of defence projects across all phases, from early planning and design through to documentation, consultant coordination, and construction support.

The Role
As a Senior Architect, you will lead the delivery of defence projects across all phases, from early planning and design through to documentation, consultant coordination, and construction support.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading defence projects through all project stages
- Managing client relationships and stakeholder engagement
- Coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams
- Overseeing design development and documentation delivery
- Supporting project planning, programming, and resourcing
- Mentoring Graduate Architects and emerging team members
- Contributing to business development and growth initiatives
You are a confident and capable Senior Architect who enjoys leading projects and building client relationships.
You will ideally bring:
- Registration as an Architect in Australia
- 8+ years of post-graduate experience
- Previous exposure to defence, government, institutional, infrastructure, aviation, health, or highly regulated environments
- Advanced Revit capability
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to lead teams while fostering a positive and collaborative culture
