This multi-disciplinary consultancy has a strong pipeline of diverse projects and are seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join their team. Working across infrastructure, defence, water and transport, this consultancy proves to have a strong presence in the market. The Role
As a core member of the leadership team, we are looking for someone to manage and deliver projects from inception. With an agile, outcomes-oriented project delivery focus, you will play an important part in liaising with stakeholders to build strong client relationships.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and engineers to ensure project goals are met
Overseeing technical design and documentation of civil engineering projects
Collaborate in a multi-disciplinary team environment bringing ideas and concepts to life for all stakeholders internally and externally
Work independently, being able to supervise engineering outcomes and the selection of appropriate techniques, procedures, and methods
Ability to identify constraints, build-ability issues and opportunities with current projects
Project management experience will be highly regarded

The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and at least 5+ years of experience delivering projects within the local market. You will have natural leadership qualities, as you will assist on managing a team and your own workload, enabling you to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers, whilst work collaboratively towards delivering high-quality results for our community. This role will suit someone who is an effective team player and strives for self-autonomy whilst willing to ask and accept support, when necessary. You will have a keen eye for detail and quality yet also understand the bigger picture when delivering works to set deadlines. This consultancy has an incredible array of experience and capability in Civil Engineering, and you will complement this team with your own experience and approach.
