The Role:
Reporting to the Project Director, your key responsibilities will see you assist in managing all cost and contractual matters. You will:
You must be a very confident, driven and commercially astute individual who is motivated by client satisfaction and have positive team spirit. You will be tertiary qualified with a degree in Construction Management or similar. The Role:

- Manage cost and procurement risks
- Ensure high quality performance in accordance with systems, client requirements, specifications, and associated documentation
- Uphold contractual obligations with the execution of head contract and subcontract requirements
- Coordinate and manage project and site documentation
- Prepare, negotiate, and finalise subcontract packages
- Prepare contract progress claims, variations, and EoT claims
- Manage project accounts and assist with accurate financial tracking/forecasting
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients and subcontractors working with all parties to ensure the best possible commercial outcome is achieved
