The Role
As part of a national group, you will lead and mentor a team of two Estimators within the Adelaide office. This is a great opportunity to grow and develop a team of skilled, passionate, and hardworking professionals and contribute to the continued success of the business.
Your main responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
To succeed in this role, you will have experience working within a reputable building contractor for 8+ years in the South Australian market, and the relevant tertiary qualifications. This role would be well-suited to a professional with cost planning experience, or an individual from a Quantity Surveying background, who is looking to transition into a Senior Estimator role. In addition to your experience, you will uphold time management skills, and the ability to make proactive decisions within the estimating department. You will have strong communication skills to work with a wide group of people and develop key relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

- Reviewing tender documentation
- Liaising with relevant stakeholders and negotiating the tender process
- Assist in managing the project lifecycle
