With continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Hydraulic Drafter to join a collaborative and well-supported team environment based in Mile End.
Working closely with experienced leadership, you will contribute to the delivery of accurate and high-quality documentation across multiple projects while continuing to develop your technical capability within a stable and growing business.

The Role
- Produce 2D hydraulic shop drawings, set-out drawings, and as-constructed documentation using AutoCAD
- Interpret client markups and prepare accurate drafting documentation
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines across concurrent workstreams
- Maintain drawing standards and quality control across documentation
- Liaise with clients and internal teams to support project delivery
- Contribute to ongoing process and system improvements
The Like Mind
You will bring:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience within building services drafting
- Strong AutoCAD capability (Revit experience advantageous)
- Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple projects
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- A proactive and reliable approach to your work
