With a reputation for design quality, the studio is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to play a key role in project leadership, client engagement and team development. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing creativity with delivery, while contributing to a collaborative studio culture that values design excellence and long-term client relationships. You will join an established team of architects and interior designers who work closely together from concept through to completion.
The Role

The Role
As a Senior Interior Designer, you will lead projects from concept design through to delivery while acting as a mentor and technical resource for junior team members.
Responsibilities will include:
- Leading the design and documentation of interior projects across multiple sectors
- Managing client relationships and presenting design solutions with confidence
- Coordinating consultants, suppliers and project stakeholders
- Guiding projects through concept, design development and construction phases
- Mentoring and supporting graduate and intermediate designers
- Undertaking site visits and overseeing project delivery outcomes
We are looking to connect with Interior Designers who bring:
- 7–10 years' experience within the Australian design industry across commercial, workplace, education, civic or public projects
- Advanced Revit capability and technical documentation skills
- Confidence managing clients and leading project discussions
- Experience mentoring or overseeing junior designers
- A passion for creating thoughtful, functional, and high-quality spaces
