The Role
As Senior Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of major commercial construction projects from pre-construction through to completion, while providing leadership and guidance to project teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the successful delivery of commercial construction projects, managing programme, budget, procurement, quality, and contractual outcomes
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
- Mentoring Project Managers, Contract Administrators, and site teams throughout project delivery
- Working closely with the Directors to support project planning and business objectives
- Driving collaboration across internal teams to achieve successful project outcomes
- Identifying opportunities to improve project delivery and operational performance
We are looking to connect with experienced construction professionals who bring:
- Proven experience delivering commercial construction projects as a Senior Project Manager or experienced Project Manager
- Experience across commercial, mixed-use, industrial, or multi-storey residential developments
- Strong commercial and contractual management capability
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach to project delivery
- A collaborative leadership style with the ability to mentor and develop others
