They are now seeking a Senior Project Manager (Client-Side) to join their Adelaide team, working across key high-profile developments that will roll out over the next few years. This is a rare opportunity to step into a long-term role where you will influence a project through to delivery, representing the developer and driving outcomes at a strategic level.
The Role
Operating client-side, you will take ownership across the full project lifecycle by managing consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery aligned with programme, budget, and quality expectations.

The Role
Operating client-side, you will take ownership across the full project lifecycle by managing consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery aligned with programme, budget, and quality expectations.
- Lead project delivery from feasibility through to completion
- Manage and coordinate consultants, contractors, and external stakeholders
- Oversee procurement strategies and contractor engagement
- Drive programme, cost, and risk management across multiple projects
- Review and manage contracts, variations, and commercial outcomes
- Monitor construction progress and ensure alignment with development objectives
- Provide regular reporting to senior leadership on project performance
- Contribute to strategic planning across long-term development stages

- Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally within client-side or development environments
- Strong understanding of commercial construction and project delivery
- Experience managing consultants and contractors across multiple stages
- Sound commercial acumen with the ability to manage cost, risk, and programme
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Driven, professional, and motivated to contribute to large-scale developments
