An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a respected client-side project management consultancy delivering projects across a diverse range of sectors.
This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of projects from inception through to completion, managing both the design and delivery phases while acting as the key interface between clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, commercially, and in line with client objectives. Beyond project delivery, you will also contribute to business growth, mentoring team members and supporting the ongoing success of the business.
The Role

The Role
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing projects from feasibility, design development, procurement, and construction through to handover
- Acting as Superintendent and/or Project Manager across a portfolio of projects
- Leading consultant engagement, design coordination, and stakeholder management
- Administering contracts, progress claims, variations, and project reporting
- Managing project programmes, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reporting
- Chairing project meetings and facilitating communication between all project stakeholders
- Identifying and mitigating project risks while maintaining quality and compliance standards
- Coordinating contractors, consultants, and authorities to achieve successful project outcomes
- Supporting business development, client relationships, and growth initiatives within the business
We are seeking a commercially minded project professional who enjoys taking ownership of projects and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
To be successful, you will ideally possess:
- Previous client-side or consultancy project management experience
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and project delivery methodologies
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Strong commercial, contractual, and financial management capabilities
- The ability to lead multiple projects and manage competing priorities
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail
- Experience using Microsoft Project, Excel, and project reporting systems
