This Senior Site Manager role is a unique opportunity to also take on Construction Management duties. Therefore, you will not only lead your own projects but also oversee and support the wider team, playing a key role in the business’s continued growth and succession planning.

The Role
As a Senior Site Manager, you will take on a broader leadership position across multiple projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the delivery of projects up to $5M from site establishment through to completion
- Managing and mentoring a small team of Site Managers, providing guidance and support
- Coordinating subcontractors, site teams, and project logistics across multiple sites
- Ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and programme delivery are consistently met
- Driving strong communication across internal teams, clients, and stakeholders
- Contributing to planning, resourcing, and overall project performance
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- A strong trade background with proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial projects
- Experience delivering projects up to $3M–$5M in value
- Leadership capability, with the confidence to oversee and support other Site Managers
- A proactive mindset and ambition to transition into a Construction Manager role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all project stakeholders
