The Role
As Senior Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing all site operations from site establishment through to practical completion
- Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel
- Driving programme outcomes and maintaining construction schedules
- Ensuring quality standards are achieved throughout all stages of construction
- Managing site safety, compliance, and risk mitigation
- Leading site meetings and maintaining strong stakeholder communication
- Identifying and resolving construction challenges proactively
We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager who enjoys leading from the front and takes pride in delivering quality projects.
You will ideally bring:
- Previous experience delivering multi-storey apartment projects
- A proven track record managing projects valued at $50M+
- Strong leadership and subcontractor management capabilities
- Excellent knowledge of construction methodologies and sequencing
- A commitment to quality, safety, and project outcomes
- The ability to build strong working relationships with consultants, trades, and clients
