With a growing portfolio, the team are looking to engage an experienced and motivated Site Manager to work with a select group of clients and subcontractors across pre-negotiated and upfront work.
The Role
Reporting to the Directors and Project Manager, you will be responsible for collaborating and consulting closely to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of projects from $5M-$20M. With a long list of successful projects in their portfolio, Emmett pride themselves on a collaborative approach to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Managing resources and coordinating sub-contractors
  • Client liaison with senior management team, clients and subcontractors
  • Ensure that all work on-site is in compliance with relevant standards
  • Maintaining and promoting WHS and economising resource allocation
  • Monitoring program and meeting agreed deadlines
  • Provide assistance to site staff wherever needed
