- Long-term subcontractor relationships (20+ years)

- High volume of negotiated and single-select work
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within commercial construction
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple trades
- A proactive, solutions-driven mindset
- Commitment to safety, quality, and project delivery
