Perfect for someone coming from either Tier 1 or a mid-tier builder, this role offers the chance to work on large-scale, career-defining projects alongside highly regarded industry leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day site operations and subcontractor coordination
• Driving programme and ensuring works are delivered on time and within budget
• Maintaining a strong site culture focused on safety and quality outcomes
• Leading site meetings and coordinating project activities with consultants and stakeholders
• Monitoring construction progress and proactively resolving on-site issues
• Building strong working relationships across project teams and subcontractors

About You

You will bring proven experience delivering commercial construction projects, ideally within sectors such as apartments, health, institutional, government, or other commercial developments.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience as a Site Manager on commercial projects from $30M+
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach on site
• The ability to manage multiple trades and maintain programme outcomes
• A genuine desire to step into a Tier 1 environment and further develop your career
