The Opportunity

They are seeking an experienced Site Manager to take ownership of industrial and commercial projects typically valued between $5M–$15M. This is an opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys construction and thrives on seeing a project come to life — from understanding the client brief through to leading site teams and delivering a successful outcome.

The Role

Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing site operations from establishment through to handover
  • Coordinating subcontractors and suppliers to achieve programme milestones
  • Maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and compliance
  • Driving project productivity and construction sequencing
  • Managing site reporting, inspections, and stakeholder communication
  • Identifying and resolving site challenges before they impact delivery
  • Working closely with Project Managers to achieve successful project outcomes
