The Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing site operations from establishment through to handover
- Coordinating subcontractors and suppliers to achieve programme milestones
- Maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and compliance
- Driving project productivity and construction sequencing
- Managing site reporting, inspections, and stakeholder communication
- Identifying and resolving site challenges before they impact delivery
- Working closely with Project Managers to achieve successful project outcomes
You will likely bring:
- Experience delivering commercial or industrial construction projects
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage site teams effectively
- Knowledge of construction methodologies and programming
- Commitment to quality workmanship and site safety
- Confidence managing subcontractors and client relationships
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach to project delivery
