The Role

As Site Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day delivery of commercial new build and fit-out projects, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Working closely with the Project Manager, you will coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and site teams while maintaining programme, quality, and safety outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing the day-to-day delivery of commercial new build and fit-out projects valued between $5M-$10M
  • Coordinating subcontractors, trades, suppliers, and site personnel
  • Driving programme, quality, safety, and productivity across site
  • Liaising with Project Managers, consultants, and clients throughout project delivery
  • Monitoring project milestones and resolving on-site issues proactively
  • Maintaining compliance with WHS requirements, building regulations, and company standards

You are an experienced Site Manager who enjoys leading projects from site and building strong relationships with subcontractors and project teams.
You will bring:
  • Experience delivering commercial new build and fit-out projects valued between $5M-$10M
  • Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills
  • A sound understanding of construction methodology and programming
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
