The Role
As Site Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day delivery of major commercial construction projects valued between $40M and $50M, leading site teams to achieve outstanding project outcomes.

The Role
As Site Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day delivery of major commercial construction projects valued between $40M and $50M, leading site teams to achieve outstanding project outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and mentoring site teams, subcontractors, and trades
- Coordinating daily site operations to ensure programme and quality targets are achieved
- Maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and clients
- Monitoring site safety, quality, and productivity
- Identifying and resolving site issues efficiently
- Working closely with the Project Manager to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget
- Supporting project documentation, programming, and reporting throughout delivery
We are looking to speak with experienced Site Managers who enjoy leading large commercial projects and creating high-performing site teams.
You will bring:
- Experience delivering commercial construction projects valued at $25M+
- A trade background, preferably in Carpentry
- Strong knowledge of construction methodology, sequencing, and commercial building practices
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- The ability to build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
- A proactive approach with a commitment to quality and safety
