Role 1: Commercial Project – Northern Suburbs
- Located approx. 15 minutes north of the CBD
- 5-storey commercial development including basement car parking
- Well-supported project team and structured delivery environment
- $40M apartment development
- 53 apartments across 5 levels
- Strong design focus with high-quality finishes
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on mid to large-scale builds
- Strong understanding of programming, subcontractor coordination & safety
- Ability to drive programme while maintaining quality standards
- Trade or construction qualification preferred
