This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual early in their Site Supervisor career or a Carpenter looking to step up to join a business where you will be supported, trusted, and given the opportunity to grow long-term.
The Role
Working across multiple CBD projects, you will support the delivery of refurbishments and fit-outs valued between $1M–$5M. You will be on-site daily, coordinating trades, ensuring quality outcomes, and keeping projects running smoothly.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being hands-on, working closely with teams, and taking pride in a well-run, clean, and organised site.

- Supervise day-to-day site activities across fit-out and refurbishment projects
- Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and site logistics
- Maintain strong communication with Project Managers and stakeholders
- Ensure high standards across safety, quality, and site presentation
- Assist with programme management and keeping projects on track
- Foster a positive, collaborative site culture
You will be someone who is early in your Site Supervisor career.
You will ideally have:
- Minimum 12 months’ experience in Site Supervision or strong Carpentry background
- Exposure to commercial fit-out or refurbishment projects (highly regarded)
- Strong communication and team coordination skills
- A hands-on, proactive attitude
- Enthusiasm to learn and grow within the business
- A collaborative mindset and positive energy on site
