The Role
Supporting the Site Manager and Project Manager, you will ensure the construction site operates safely, by working directly with the site team to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and to national safety and quality framework. You will:
To be successful, you will have a Certificate IV in WHS and a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role with a commercial construction contractor. You will have extensive knowledge of the current legislation and risk management processes, in addition to an understanding of quality, health, and safety management systems.

The Role

- Support the site team in the organisation and management of safety, quality and environment (SQE) activities
- Implement internal SQE systems and processes on assigned project site/s;
- Carry out workplace hazard identification and risk assessments
- Obtain and manage SQE documentation requirements
- Communicate SQE issues to employees, subcontractors and management.
To be successful, you will have a Certificate IV in WHS and a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role with a commercial construction contractor. You will have extensive knowledge of the current legislation and risk management processes, in addition to an understanding of quality, health, and safety management systems.
- Certificate IV in Occupational Health & Safety, or a related qualification
- Senior First Aid Qualifications
