With more than four decades of industry experience combined across the buildings, land development and infrastructure sectors, the company Directors have both the knowledge and skillset to guide their teams to deliver smart and specific solutions. Now operating as a team of 60, with 20 knowledgeable professionals working across commercial structural projects, this consultancy is looking for an experienced Structural Engineer to join their team.
The Role
Working on a broad range of structural engineering projects, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
The successful candidate will contribute to the delivery of structural engineering design and a vast range of project tasks. You will be required to work well with multi-disciplinary teams as well as communicating structural engineering concepts. You will be reporting directly to the structural team leader and must have the following:

The Role
Working on a broad range of structural engineering projects, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Produce high-quality complex concept designs
- Create accurate design calculations to client specs and standards
- Work collaboratively with project teams from concept to construction
- Review project progression and develop accurate reports
- Communicate with internal stakeholders, fellow team members and peers
- Liaise and communicate with architects, builders, and trades
The successful candidate will contribute to the delivery of structural engineering design and a vast range of project tasks. You will be required to work well with multi-disciplinary teams as well as communicating structural engineering concepts. You will be reporting directly to the structural team leader and must have the following:
- Degree qualified structural engineer
- 5+ years of consultancy experience
- Well-structured and refined rapport building skills
- A sound understanding of the Australian codes and standards
- Experience in residential/multi-storey buildings & industrial projects
