Innovative, dynamic, and passionate in every sense, this leading studio works across a variety of South Australia’s exciting projects! As their Studio Administrator, you will be part of a forward-thinking team who strive to produce high quality work and have gathered a long list of repeat clients. This role will see you provide key support to the Studio Director and become a ‘go-to’ person for support across the team. This is a great opportunity for someone with excellent administrative and communication skills to join a fast paced, fun, and creative studio environment.
 
The Role
Supporting a dynamic Architecture Studio, this role is key in maintaining the day-to-day operations of the business; from handling a wide range of administrative tasks, to supporting the director and team throughout various stages of their projects.
 
Although responsibilities will vary and no two days will be the same, some key tasks will include:
  • Email management including drafting correspondence on behalf of the director
  • Liaise with key clients, with an ability to quickly build professional relationships
  • Coordinate weekly team events, including coordination of catering
  • Be the initial point of contact for administrative requests across the team
  • Circulate studio updates to the team

We are looking for a talented organiser with a professional approach who has the confidence to work autonomously. You will demonstrate exceptional organisation skills and attention to detail, as this is a fast-paced role. Experience within the architecture or design industry would be beneficial to allow you to jump straight in! Exceptional time management skills will come naturally to you, including the ability to prioritise tasks for both yourself and the Director. This role would suit an individual who is dedicated to their career and who is motivated to go above and beyond to achieve excellent outcomes for the business.
