The Role
You will be responsible for screening, interviewing, and profiling our job seekers for our dedicated Consultants, who look after a number of great accounts within our industries across Adelaide. You will have a real love for people and enjoy listening to them and their stories and ultimately, finding them a job they will love!
Key responsibilities and attributes will include but not be limited to:
Develop a quality talent pool of available candidates to meet customer requirements, as well as the proactive identification and submission of suitable candidates to available roles
Build and maintain a strong customer relationship with job seekers over the phone
Experience working directly within a fast-paced, customer facing environment
Be motivated to work in a focused and proactive way
Experience working within a driven environment
Comfortable using the telephone and able to build rapport

Attention to detail is key. There is a bunch of administration, paperwork, and reporting that goes along with this role. Do it once, do it right. Demonstrating a love for people – you will have a natural ability to connect with our job seekers. Motivated and driven to succeed, you will be commercially astute with tenacity and determination to ensure we find the right talent for our client partners. To be successful and thrive in this role, you will need to demonstrate excellent communication and listening skills, as well as strong written competency.
