This provides an opportunity for a Talent Partner to join our Roussos team and contribute to the ongoing development of client and candidate relationships.
The Role
Joining our team as a Talent Partner, you will play a key part in shape people’s careers, as well as strategically sourcing the right people for our clients and their business’s. In this 180-recruitment role, you will be working closely with our Principal Consultant across the Architecture and Engineering desk, as you build your knowledge of both industries and their respective roles.

- Mapping the current market
- Profiling candidates
- Acting as the initial contact for candidates
- Building short lists
- Coordinating candidate aftercare
- Writing Seek ads
- Conducting candidate reference checks
