This leadership role offers a unique chance for you to take the reins in driving the design team across a diverse range of high-profile projects. As a leader in this position, you will oversee the entire project scope whilst mentoring and guiding junior staff. Your responsibilities will extend beyond internal collaboration to actively engage with external stakeholders, playing a pivotal role in identifying and resolving design issues throughout the development and documentation phases. The ideal candidate for this role is a Registered Architect with 15+ years of proven industry experience, along with exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to foster strong relationships.
