A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an organised and customer-focussed individual to join their Adelaide office. In your role as Administration Assistant, you'll be the welcoming face of the office, acting as front of house and handling all incoming calls across the Australasia Region with professionalism and warmth.

You bring at least 2-3 years’ experience in administration or front of house, and have a positive, motivated attitude that allows you to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. The Role
- Supporting general administrative tasks and ensuring smooth office operations.
- Answering internal and external calls, and directing calls to the appropriate person or team.
- Taking and screening calls, managing waiting calls, and delivering messages.
- Liaising with local, interstate, and international switchboard operators, as well as key contacts across the Australasia offices.
- Developing and maintaining an understanding of clients, projects, and key office locations.
- Maintaining and updating records on office information, meeting rooms, and key contacts.
