Administration Assistant

We have partnered with one of South Australia’s leading engineering consultancies based in the Adelaide CBD to source a talented Administration Assistant to support their team. This is an opportunity to join a well-established organisation known for delivering large-scale projects that continue to surpass client expectations. The Role
Working within a collaborative team environment, you will liaise with all members of staff and see yourself actively contributing to team and company goals.
 
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
  • Providing office support, including typing of correspondence such as reports, forms, letters, emails, and minutes.
  • Manage the administrative aspects of proposals, including coordination of input, coordinating schedules and formatting of the document
  • Support the team across marketing initiatives, event coordination and basic graphic design
  • Maintain an up-to-date CRM system with client feedback, reports, and meeting records
  • Prepare, edit, and proof-read a variety of client-facing documents
  • Act as the ‘go to’ support person for administration and marketing enquiries

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in an administration role and an interest in providing exceptional support to a collaborative team. Previous experience working within the engineering, construction, architecture or design industries will be highly regarded, and see you hit the ground running in this role. You will have developed communication skills to see you interact with all levels of management and stakeholders with ease. With the ability to work quickly and effectively across a varied and fast paced workload, your proactive approach and keen eye for detail will see you succeed in this role.
