An opportunity to join this well-respected property developer as their newest Administration Assistant! This role is based in the Adelaide CBD close to many cafes and shops as well as public transport. This company pride themselves on offering an exceptional experience to their clients as well as friendly and caring support. We are looking for a passionate, bubbly, and forward-thinking individual who is willing to help everyone in the business. The Administration Assistant will not only be involved in all business support but immerse themselves in the company culture and vision.

The Role
Based at the front office, this role is a highly integral part of the business, you will become a pillar of support in a fast-paced environment. This opportunity offers flexible working arrangements suited to either full time candidates or individuals wanting to work part time to suit school pick-ups. Some responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Greeting clients

  • Answering incoming calls to the office phone

  • Diary management and scheduling

  • Assisting the day-to-day operations of the business, including ordering kitchen and stationary supplies

  • Maintaining tidy office, kitchen, and board room areas

  • General office administration support to a busy team

Being the face of the business and the first person that clients see when they walk through the door it is important for the ideal candidate to be well presented with a friendly and warm demeanour. The successful candidate will hold previous Receptionist / Administration (1+ years) experience and sound competency across Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel & Outlook). Your high-level attention to detail and organisational skills will see you succeed in this role.
