Since expanding into the Adelaide market, Fieldwork has seen strong early success, with the studio currently progressing several key local projects, including FLOWE Bowden, along with a growing pipeline of work across SA. With this momentum, they are now looking to grow the Adelaide studio by appointing a Registered Architect to join their small, cohesive team who embody Fieldwork's collaborative, community-focused values, and ethos.

What You'll Be Doing
- Work from the end-to-end for delivery of medium to large-scale projects across South Australia
- Work closely with Directors to help grow and establish the Adelaide studio
- Manage consultants, programs and documentation to a high technical standard
- Contribute to design reviews and uphold Fieldwork's design-led values
- Build strong client relationships across all project stages
- 5-7+ years post-graduate experience across multi-residential / mixed-use projects
- Strong experience across all project stages, concept through to construction
- Proficient in ArchiCAD (highly desirable) - this is an ArchiCAD-based studio
- Excellent documentation and technical detailing skills
- Confident communicator in a client and consultant environment
- Registered Architect (or eligible for registration)
- Passionate about sustainable, people-focused design
- Work within a values-driven, sustainability-focused practice where environmental responsibility is embedded into every project
- Be part of a small, cohesive and hardworking team that genuinely collaborates and supports one another
- Contribute to projects that prioritise community, longevity and thoughtful urban outcomes
