The Role
As the company experiences significant growth, a new position has opened for an Assistant Development Manager within their thriving land-lease division. Whether your expertise lies in property economics, town planning, civil engineering, or a related field, this is a pivotal role where you’ll be instrumental in advising on and analysing key developments in Adelaide.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update comprehensive project financial models
- Prepare thorough due diligence reports for development sites
- Support Development Managers by securing up-to-date cost forecasts
- Provide in-depth analysis and reporting on project progress
- Regularly report to line management on budgets, risks, opportunities, and overall project health
- Minimum 12 months experience in Assistant Development Management, Project Management, Analysis, or Town Planning roles
- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Property, Commerce, Planning, Engineering, or Project Management (essential)
- Strong financial and feasibility analysis skills
- A passion for property and a commitment to building a long-term career with the company
