The Opportunity

As Assistant Development Manager, you will gain end-to-end exposure across the development lifecycle. You’ll work alongside highly experienced leaders on significant master-planned community projects, developing your technical and commercial expertise while playing an active role in the creation of new neighbourhoods.
  

What You Will Be Doing
  • Supporting the delivery of urban development projects from planning and approvals through to construction and handover.
  • Managing relationships with key stakeholders, including councils, authorities, consultants, and contractors.
  • Assisting in the preparation and review of feasibilities, budgets, and project reporting.
  • Coordinating consultants, contractors and builders, ensuring project requirements are aligned with project outcomes.
  • Supporting value engineering, contract administration, and the management of on-site works.
  • Maintaining clear communication across internal teams to keep projects on track, within budget, and in line with quality objectives.

  
What We Are Looking For
  • Tertiary qualifications in Property, Construction, Civil Engineering, Urban Development, or a related field. 
  • Exposure to urban development projects. 
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build effective relationships.
  • Commercial acumen, organisational skills, and the drive to deliver practical solutions.
  • A proactive team player with the ambition to grow into a senior development role.
