The Role
Working closely with senior project leaders and clients, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing contract administration, superintendent and principal representative support
- Maintaining detailed project documentation and assisting with stakeholder coordination
- Monitoring project timelines and ensuring delivery milestones are achieved
- Engaging with consultants, contractors and clients to support successful project outcomes.
We’re keen to connect with professionals who bring:
- A degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, ideally within the consulting, contracting or architectural sectors
- A clear understanding of the end-to-end project lifecycle
- Exceptional time management and communication skills
- A desire to shift into a client-side role, if coming from the design or delivery side
