Renowned for their extensive project portfolio spanning health, aged care, retail, and commercial sectors, Marchese Partners boast a diverse project team with versatile skills crucial in delivering unique and challenging projects. This studio has evolved into a highly skilled and esteemed design firm, marked by the completion of numerous iconic projects over 25 years. Combining commercial acumen with innovative design solutions, they continually set new standards for modern urban design. Collaborating closely with the Directors, you'll mentor and lead diverse projects across South Australia, contributing to their legacy of award-winning and internationally recognised projects.

The Role
As an Associate, you will use your excellent communication skills to lead a team and drive a collaborative environment. As the first point of client contact, you will manage new clients and maintain repeat relationships. You will have the opportunity to take control of the design process and ensure design objectives are being met. With a strong passion for design and a keen attention to detail, you will bring your technical knowledge and possess the ability to integrate that into commercial construction techniques and materials. To excel in this role, you will have project management, site experience and the drive to grow a team and contribute to the growth of the business.

We are sourcing a Senior Architect ready to step into a leadership role within this esteemed studio. As a Registered Architect proficient in Revit software, you'll support your team effectively. With an established reputation, demonstrated experience in business development and a pipeline of repeat clients, your ability to nurture client relationships and deliver high-end service will be pivotal.
