The Role
This is a rare Associate-level opportunity to make your mark on both local and national projects while contributing to a practice dedicated to community, sustainability, and design excellence.
- Demonstrated experience delivering major projects, ideally hospitals or other technically complex typologies
- Strong knowledge of Australian Standards, the NCC, and major project documentation standards
- Proven ability to coordinate engineering consultant inputs and manage stakeholder relationships with clients and contractors
- Experience inspecting works on site and administering contracts, including use of site management systems such as Aconex or Procore
- Proficiency in coordinating multi-disciplinary inputs within a Revit environment
- Ability to lead and mentor a project team of architects and technicians through all project stages
