ROUSSOS is proud to be partnering with a leading national architectural studio to appoint an Associate to their growing Adelaide studio. With projects secured nationwide, this is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role and deliver complex, large-scale projects across a diverse range of sectors including health, education, seniors living, sport and leisure, hospitality, residential, workplace, science, and industry, and civic.

The Role

This is a rare Associate-level opportunity to make your mark on both local and national projects while contributing to a practice dedicated to community, sustainability, and design excellence.

• Demonstrated experience delivering major projects, ideally hospitals or other technically complex typologies
• Strong knowledge of Australian Standards, the NCC, and major project documentation standards
• Proven ability to coordinate engineering consultant inputs and manage stakeholder relationships with clients and contractors
• Experience inspecting works on site and administering contracts, including use of site management systems such as Aconex or Procore
• Proficiency in coordinating multi-disciplinary inputs within a Revit environment
• Ability to lead and mentor a project team of architects and technicians through all project stages
