The Opportunity
 
An established Adelaide studio with a respected national profile is entering an exciting phase of sustained growth. This is an opportunity for an experienced Architect to step into an Associate-level position, playing a key role in shaping projects, mentoring emerging talent, and contributing to the studio's long-term vision. You will join a leadership group that values design rigour, commercial intelligence, and authentic collaboration. With deep client partnerships and a steady stream of secured work, the studio offers both stability and creative breadth.
 
The Role
 
This is a hands-on leadership position, guiding projects from early concept and design development through to documentation and delivery.
  • Lead and inspire project teams across all phases.
  • Engage directly with clients and stakeholders, building trusted, long-term relationships.
  • Balance strong design thinking with technical precision and commercial awareness.
  • Mentor and develop team members, contributing to a positive and accountable studio culture.
You will have the autonomy to influence design outcomes while ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.

We're seeking a Registered Architect with 10+ years' local experience and strong proficiency in Revit. You are design-driven yet pragmatic, confident leading conversations at both boardroom and project level, and motivated by the opportunity to shape people as much as projects.
