We have an opportunity for an Associate Architect to join the leadership team of an award-winning national architecture studio, within their Adelaide office. As a current leader within the industry, this firm has a reputation for delivering iconic projects both locally and interstate. Their talented local team work to deliver some of the state’s most exciting and prominent commercial projects. This role will see you work amongst a creative team that continually pushes the boundaries to deliver prestigious projects.
The Role
In this client facing role, you will be working directly with key developers across Tier 1 style projects. Managing these projects through concept to delivery will see you have ownership of your projects and allow you to mentor your project team. This is an exciting opportunity to build long-term relationships with the Tier 1 contractor and developer market. Attracting a team of talented and dedicated architects and designers, your team will be creative, forward-thinking and innovative. Above all, we are looking for strong commercial acumen, project management and an excellent communicator.

We are for someone who has demonstrated leadership experience, ideally across a broad range of projects including the education, sports and recreation, commercial sectors. With your passion for design, this role will give you the freedom to drive processes and be yourself amongst creative minds. Proficiency in using Revit and Adobe Creative Suite will be highly desirable for this role, Registration is essential. As a natural leader, you will have excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire and lead your team towards success. Your drive to deliver large and high-quality projects will see you elevate your career within this business for the long-term.
