Forming part of strategic growth plan, this company is now seeking to engage an Associate Structural Engineer to join the Adelaide team. You will be heavily involved in project design and delivery across a diverse range of sectors including multi-storey residential apartments, commercial high and low-rise buildings, hotels, health, and transportation. The Role
You will be an experienced Structural Engineer with the ability to use your knowledge, experience and professional relationships to assist in bringing in new opportunities to the business whilst managing the engineering team. You will also ensure continuous successful delivery of projects as a priority and that client needs are always met, if not exceeded, along with:
The Ideal Candidate
You will have relevant tertiary qualifications together with 10+ years’ experience working in the local industry. Experience leading a team and managing commercial buildings projects is essential, along with excellent communication skills. As this is a leadership role, you will need the ability to effectively build rapport and relationships with clients and stakeholders as well as mentoring engineers. This is a career defining role that will see you contribute to a variety of challenging projects and the overall success of the business.

- Lead the direction and management of a portfolio of projects
- Manage projects financially, technically and contractually
- Apply Project Management principles at a high level of proficiency across a portfolio of projects and teams
- Provide regular mentoring, guidance and training to all staff
