We are sourcing an experienced Bid and Marketing Manager in leading their South Australian team. The organisation has grown a strong reputation for delivering projects valued up to $100M across a number of sectors, including commercial, recreational, multi-residential, industrial, aged care, health and education. The Role
Reporting to the General Manager, in this role, you will be required to provide leadership and management to the bid process from commencement to completion. You will be required to evaluate potential risks associated with bids and ensure compliance with regulations, standards and client specifications. You will need to collaborate with internal recourse to drive successful outcomes. Leading digital marketing initiatives, social media, encompassing SEO, email campaigns and online advertising to help expand the company’s digital footprint. You will be overseeing the graphic designer, ensuring the submission branding, layout and formatting meets a high standard.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor of Business, Marketing, Communications or a related discipline. Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Bid/Tenders role. Experience working on medium to large-scale commercial projects, preferably in the building, engineering, or architectural sectors. Show the ability to develop and maintain positive client relationships and ensure the delivery of a consistent and high-quality service. You must also understand, apply, analyse and evaluate information gathered from observation, reasoning, or communication. Demonstrated experience in leading and coordinating proposal development and submission. You have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with project teams, clients, and stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
