Civil - Client-Side Project Manager

ROUSSOS are excited to be partnering with ProcurePM – a professional and specialised Project Management organisation that provides project management services in South Australia. A consultancy with an end-to-end project management approach allows for the integration of various project phases including; project definition and scoping, feasibility, planning, approvals, design-development, procurement, stakeholder consultation, delivery, handover and operational readiness. ProcurePM is located on the outskirts of the Adelaide CBD, working to deliver transformative projects that shape SA. Having recently secured new projects and currently engaging with a variety of clients including state government, local government and businesses across the private sector, ProcurePM is looking to expand their team with a Project Manager.
 
The role
As Project Manager, you will be supported by the Managing Director and Team who carry over 20 years’ diverse experience in managing infrastructure projects. The primary focus of this role will be to manage and lead the delivery of projects across the business, and your duties and responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to):
  • Manage projects across the entire life cycle, including concept design, tendering, award and delivery and handover
  • Develop and maintain collaborative partnerships with clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers and effectively manage performance on projects
  • Managing financial performance across projects
  • Review and evaluate project programs to ensure the project is being delivered on time and to budget
The ideal candidate
With a number of projects underway and in the pipeline, ProcurePM require an experienced and capable professional to join their team. Therefore, experience across civil such as roadworks, bulk earthworks, subdivisions, stormwater, remediation, bridges and demolition will be essential for this position.
 
To be considered for this role, you will possess the following:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or similar qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years’ civil construction experience, working on projects ranging from $5M - $10M
  • Previous experience in a Project Manager or Project Engineer role
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to deliver projects and manage stakeholders autonomously
