The Opportunity

The Role

As Project Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering civil and structural works across both site and office environments. Working closely with experienced project leaders, you will be supported while being given increasing responsibility as your capability grows.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with project planning, scheduling, and on-site coordination
• Managing subcontractors, suppliers, and daily site activities
• Supporting project financials including budgets, cost tracking, and reporting
• Preparing documentation such as Work Method Statements, ITPs, and quality records
• Upholding safety, environmental, and quality standards across site operations
• Collaborating closely with Project Managers and Supervisors to ensure successful outcomes

The Ideal Candidate

This role is suited to someone who is ambitious, team-focused, and ready to take the next step in their engineering career. The successful candidate will have:

• A tertiary qualification in civil engineering or a related discipline
• 2-3 experience in civil delivery, preferably earthworks, structures, stormwater, pavements, or similar
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A collaborative mindset and a genuine desire to grow into a senior role
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn from a highly experienced senior leadership team
