About the Role
As a Civil Project Engineer, you’ll be at the heart of delivering civil and structural projects, splitting your time between site and office. You’ll work alongside experienced project leaders, gradually taking on more responsibility as you demonstrate capability.

About the Role
As a Civil Project Engineer, you’ll be at the heart of delivering civil and structural projects, splitting your time between site and office. You’ll work alongside experienced project leaders, gradually taking on more responsibility as you demonstrate capability.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with project planning, scheduling, and on-site coordination
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and daily site activities
- Support project financials including budgets, cost tracking, and reporting
- Prepare high-quality documentation such as Work Method Statements, ITPs, and quality records
- Ensure safety, environmental, and quality standards are met across all operations
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Supervisors to deliver outstanding results
You are ambitious, team-oriented, and ready to take the next step in your engineering career. You bring:
- A tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or a related field
- 2–3 years experience in civil project delivery (earthworks, structures, stormwater, pavements, or similar)
- Strong communication, organisational, and coordination skills
- A collaborative mindset and hunger to grow into a senior role
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn from an experienced leadership team
