The Role

You will take the reins on high-value, high-impact civil projects—working across all stages from planning through to delivery. On site and in the office, you will coordinate teams, liaise with stakeholders, and ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Working closely with the site and office teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Leading programming, forecasting, and planning to keep timelines and budgets on track
  • Managing supplier coordination, procurement and site logistics
  • Upholding safety and quality standards through regular site inspections and reporting
  • Building strong, lasting relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Supporting the next generation of talent through mentorship and collaboration

You are an experienced Project Manager with 5+ years in the civil space—whether it's roads, subdivisions, structures, or earthworks, you have delivered projects valued up to $15M and have the results to show for it. You are financially savvy, quality-focused, and not afraid to take initiative. Most importantly, you are a natural leader who thrives in a people-first culture, and you are ready to take that next step toward senior leadership.
