ROUSSOS is partnering with a well-established Tier 3 civil contractor growing across South Australia. Known for their supportive culture and repeat business, the business delivers a broad range of civil projects including water infrastructure, roads, drainage, earthworks, and structural concrete.
As the business expands, they are seeking a hands-on Project Manager to lead projects across SA Water, DIT, and local council sectors. You'll work alongside an experienced leadership team that values teamwork, quality, and development.

The Role
Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will:
- Oversee projects from planning through completion, managing budgets, schedules, quality, safety, and stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor high-performing site teams, fostering a positive, inclusive culture.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, professionally representing the business on-site.
- Ensure WHS and environmental compliance at all project stages.
Who We're Looking For
You are a Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer ready to step up. You bring:
- Proven experience delivering civil infrastructure projects $3M-$15M.
- Knowledge of SA Water, DIT, or local government works.
- Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills.
- A proactive, collaborative approach with a focus on safety and planning.
- A commitment to fostering positive team culture and relationships.
