Due to their secured pipeline of upcoming work, we are looking to engage a driven Site Supervisor to work across a variety of complex projects within a supportive environment, including earthworks, structural concreting, service installation, carpark and road construction.
The Role
As Civil Site Manager, you will be accountable for the daily onsite operations. This will include ensuring the enforcement of necessary and relevant legislation and company policy. You will work closely with Project Managers and be responsible for overseeing the daily on-site operations. This role will primarily be responsible for supervising and directing staff, subcontractors and suppliers toward delivering high quality outputs on time and within budget. You will also:

To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated experience working in a supervisor role on civil construction projects. You’ll have excellent leadership and communication skills to assist you in liaising with various trades, subcontractors, suppliers and clients. The Role

- Plan and manage the overall allocation of plant, materials and human resources, to meet key project timelines for assigned projects.
- Liaise with all subcontractors and ensure completed works meet the required specifications.
- Ensure that workers adhere to company safety policies and procedures at all times.
- Participate in or conduct site audits, client meetings, signoffs, safety inspections and other requirements, at appropriate stages for each project; and
- Ensure project documentation and administration is completed as required, with support from the Project Manager
