Roussos Recruitment is partnering with a well-established and highly regarded South Australian civil contractor, known for delivering quality projects across infrastructure, civil construction, and structural concreting. With strong repeat business from DIT, local councils, and private developers, this contractor is entering an exciting new growth phase and is looking to appoint a Civil Site Supervisor with proven structural concrete experience to lead project teams on-site.

The Role
As a Civil Site Supervisor, you’ll take the lead on-site, driving the safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of complex civil and structural concrete projects valued up to $30M. You will work closely with Project Managers and Engineers to ensure the smooth coordination of resources, trades, and subcontractors, while upholding high safety and workmanship standards.

As a Civil Site Supervisor, you’ll take the lead on-site, driving the safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of complex civil and structural concrete projects valued up to $30M. You will work closely with Project Managers and Engineers to ensure the smooth coordination of resources, trades, and subcontractors, while upholding high safety and workmanship standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Oversee day-to-day on-site operations and team performance
- Coordinate subcontractors, materials, plant, and equipment to meet project deadlines
- Ensure structural concrete works meet required specs, safety, and quality standards
- Participate in safety inspections, audits, and client walk-throughs
- Contribute to documentation, reporting, and progress updates alongside the PM
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and excellence on-site
You are an experienced Civil Site Supervisor with a strong track record of delivering structural concrete and civil infrastructure projects. You thrive in a fast-paced site environment, take pride in your leadership, and are committed to delivering projects safely and to a high standard.
The successful candidate will have:
- Demonstrated experience supervising structural concrete and civil works
- Strong planning and coordination skills – across people, plant, and materials
- A safety-first mindset with knowledge of WHS policies and site protocols
- Solid communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Flexibility to occasionally work on regional projects (DIDO – drive-in, drive-out)
- A team-focused attitude and passion for mentoring crews and developing talent
