Client - Side Project Manager

A fast growing and exciting entertainment business with venues across Australia, are looking for their next client-side project manager. In this newly created role to join their expansion and help promote the future growth of the business, you will contribute to lasting development for the community. The Role
In this role you will be a part of the roll out of 7 new venues in the next financial year with the expansion across the south pacific region. Involving nationwide travel, this role will join the existing project team, working alongside the construction project manager. As a natural communicator, your focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders and consultants. Working across design, development, and contract documentation, you will be engaged from initial conception right through to the final delivery of each venue. The key to success within this role is that you will effectively manage project scopes, ensure the project is delivered on time and to budget, while maintaining all project objectives and providing updates to senior management.

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following:
  • Qualifications in Project Management, Architecture, Engineering or similar
  • Previous experience in Project Management of small to large scale projects, with multi-site/ hospitality/ retail rollout is an advantage
  • Understanding of contractor space with the ability to liaise with stakeholders, clients, and trades
  • Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal, to engage stakeholders
  • Experience in dealing with diverse members of the community
