As part of their experienced and collaborative team, you will contribute to the successful delivery of small projects across residential aged care homes and retirement living villages. With a growing portfolio and a focus on making a positive difference to the lives of older South Australians, the Eldercare team are now looking to engage a Project Manager to join them. The Role
Reporting through to an experienced and knowledgeable Project Team Manager, you will gain first class training and development in a supportive and relaxed working environment. With a focus on delivering customer-centric project services, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Provide specialist construction and design-related technical advice to support the development of contemporary aged care facilities
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with the project team, clients, customers, and suppliers
  • Ensure that projects are well planned and developed, and delivered to the agreed standards, on time and within budget
  • Ensure projects are designed and completed to current accreditation and compliance requirements
  • Develop and implement communication tools to ensure that Eldercare stakeholder input is well managed
  • Contribute actively to continuous improvement in the project team’s approach

To be considered for this role, you will be a highly motivated individual who will help drive momentum and outcomes across retirement and refurbishment projects. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the construction industry - preferably an Assistant Project Manager who is looking to step up - coupled with relevant qualifications in the construction, property or finance-related fields. With natural leadership capabilities and strong communication, you will have the ability to connect with like-minded individuals, striving to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
